At the NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management you study technology management individually: Depending on your personal goals, you can complete your studies at the NIT with a Master's degree (Single Degree) or a Double Degree, the Masters degree in combination with an engineering or science Master's degree at the Hamburg University of Technology TUHH.

Study content
The content of the MBA has a high practical component as well as project-based learning and prepares you for leadership and management tasks.
In order to enable independent learning, each student has a real project at the center of their studies at the NIT. Students implement an innovative project based on an area of business development.
This project can either be initiated by the students themselves or be an innovation project from one of the partner companies. Students can apply and deepen their acquired knowledge in the areas of corporate innovation and entrepreneurship during the internship as well as during the Master's thesis.

The requirements to study at the NIT
We accept applications from outstanding international and German students, in particular students must have:
- For the Double Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Information or Computer Science
- For the Single Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Information or Computer Science or in a business related field
- Good grades (in the upper third to quarter)
- Proven record of personal and academic achievement
- High level of proficiency in English
- Initial professional experience is a plus but not a requirement for admission

Master/MBA – 90 ECTS part-time
Volume approx. 30 hours/week = 3 semesters + 1 semester for the thesis
