HR Manager & Assistant of CEO (f/m/d)
In this exciting and multifaceted position, you will combine Human Resources, Operations, and direct support to the Executive Management. As the organizational and communicative heart of the NIT Team, you will ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly – while actively shaping and nurturing our team culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Ownership of all HR processes – from recruiting and personnel administration (including payroll preparation) and professional development to offboarding
- Executive assistance – from scheduling and meeting preparation to general administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and preparation and follow-up of board meetings
- Support of Operations Management – you keep track of internal processes and projects and bring everything together; including topics such as project, digitization, and knowledge management
- Substitution in areas such as Office, Admissions & Campus Management
- Contribution to cross-functional projects, such as fundraising, event management, and the development of strategic partnerships
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree, ideally in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- You have professional experience in at least one of the key areas – HR, operations, or executive assistance
- You are proficient in MS Office, tech-savvy, and quick to adapt to new tools and digital environments
- You have solid communication skills in both German and English, at least at B2 level
- You are an organizational talent and communication pro with a hands-on mindset and a fast grasp of new topics
- You impress with your positive, open, and confident demeanor and handle sensitive information with discretion and responsibility
- You enjoy working in an international environment and thrive in a company with a start-up spirit
